What we collect

When you use the free first answer form we receive what you type: your name (optional), your email address and your message. If you email us directly, we receive that email.

How we use it

Only to reply to your request: your first answer, any follow-up questions, and a written scope and price if you ask for one. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or share your details for marketing, and we do not contact you about anything you did not ask about.

Who handles it

The form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form delivery service. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and some page scripts from public code libraries, which means those providers can see basic technical details such as your IP address when the page loads.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages for as long as we need them to handle your request and any project that follows. Ask us at any time and we will delete them.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will take care of it.
